In an effort to reduce customer waiting times in store, Cobh Pharmacy have introduced theRepeat Prescription Service. This service is for customers who are on regular medication by way of a repeat prescription.
How the Repeat Prescription Service Works
If you collect medication on a regular basis you can sign up for our Repeat Prescription Service.
Provided you have an active repeat prescription on file, we will automatically prepare your prescription and you will be sent a text message when your prescription is fully ready for collection. If your prescription has expired, we will call or text you to inform you of this.
We will prepare what you got in the previous month, as per prescription, unless you specify otherwise.
Your prescription will be ready on the shelf, waiting to be picked up at your convenience.

A little bit about privacy
By opting in to this service you have given Cobh Pharmacy permission to text you to notify you that your repeat prescription is due. Under no circumstances will your phone number or prescription details be shared with any party outside Cobh Pharmacy, and never will any details of your medication be included in the text message. Cobh Pharmacy will only text you once a month and will not text you for any marketing purposes.
