Order your repeat prescription which is kept on file.
- Using the WhatsApp Prescription Ordering Service, you will be able to order your repeat prescriptions which are kept on file. You will be able to tell us which items are needed each month to prevent any excess medicines being dispensed, or any omissions.

Send us an image of a prescription that you have received from your doctor, dentist, hospital team, etc. to allow us to prepare your prescription in advance of you collecting it.
- If one of your healthcare professionals issues you with a physical (hardcopy) prescription, you will be able to send us a picture of this prescription prior to collection. This will allow us to prepare the prescription prior to your arrival in-store, and cut out unnecessary wait times.
- Please note, we will need to be provided with the physical / original / hardcopy of the prescription prior to collection of the prescription.

Order a prescription which is being sent to us electronically via email.
- If your doctor is sending us a prescription electronically via healthmail for example, you can inform us of this via WhatsApp. Once the prescription is received from your doctor, we will prepare it as usual and send you an SMS text message once ready to collect.

Request copies of your active prescriptions to be sent to you electronically.
- Ever since the introduction of electronic prescriptions (healthmail), we appreciate that it is difficult to manage your prescriptions. This is because you often do not get the chance to see your prescription. Instead your doctor just sends the prescription directly to us, leaving you (the patient) somewhat in the dark. Our new WhatsApp Prescription Ordering Service aims to combat this uncertainty.
- You will now be able to request copies of your prescriptions to be sent to you electronically via WhatsApp. This will allow you to have greater control over your prescriptions and help alleviate some of the associated stress.

- Using our WhatsApp Prescription Ordering Service, you can request copies of medical expenses reports to be sent to you in PDF format via WhatsApp. This will allow you to easily upload these documents where needed for financial purposes.

- Using our WhatsApp Prescription Ordering Service, you can request a current medication list to be sent to you in PDF format via WhatsApp. This can then be shared with other healthcare professionals (e.g. at a hospital appointment) or kept for your own records.
