Here at Cobh Pharmacy, we are delighted to provide a text messaging service free of charge to all patients who wish to avail of this service.
Our prescription text messaging service is a great way for us to let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.
As soon as your prescription is fully ready to collect, you will receive an SMS text message from the pharmacist to inform you that your prescription is ready to collect. This applies for repeat prescriptions as well as single prescriptions sent in by your doctor.
To avail of this service, all you have to do is provide us with your contact number which we will link to your file.
On the off chance you have your contact number assigned to multiple patients' files, (e.g. spouse, children, parents, etc.), the text message will indicate which patient the prescription belongs to.
Terms & Conditions
- By opting in to this service you have given Cobh Pharmacy permission to text you to notify you that your repeat prescription is ready for collection.
- Under no circumstances will your phone number or prescription details be shared with any party outside Cobh Pharmacy, and never will any details of your medication be included in the text message.
- Cobh Pharmacy will only text you when your prescription is ready and will not text you for any marketing purposes.
